To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. This way, you can ensure that your returned items are safely delivered back to us. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund amount.
